Club Blue FAQ

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds after registration is complete. Please ensure your commitment before completing the registration process.

How is playing time determined?

Playing time is assessed on a game-by-game basis by the coach. Our goal is to ensure fair playing time that aligns with the team's interests, based on the player's attitude, skill, preparation, and attendance at practices and games.

What do fees cover?

Upon accepting a roster spot, a deposit is required. Fees help cover:

  • Field rentals and maintenance

  • Administrative costs and overhead

  • Coach compensation

  • GHCLC league participation and tournaments

  • Please note that uniforms, helmet decals, and practice jerseys are required, and not included in the fees and are available for an additional cost. Fees for youth, non-high school teams are $3,000 for the 2025/26 cycle.

What is the tryout policy?

Every player must participate in tryouts each year to be considered for a roster spot.

When and where are practices?

Practices are held weekly at a local school. During the fall, teams will have one evening practice per week. Additionally, players can attend a no-cost, intensive stick work and shooting clinic to prepare for the fall tournaments. Coaches will inform teams of the practice schedule as the season approaches.

What is the attendance policy?

Club Blue expects players to prioritize the team, especially during the spring season. We encourage multi-sport athletes at younger age groups and offer flexibility for other sports commitments. We value open communication when balancing schedules to ensure smooth participation.

Where can I find the team schedules?

All team schedules, practices, tournaments, and communications are managed through the TeamSnap app. Instructions will be provided to families to ensure seamless communication.

What age groups does Club Blue offer?

Club Blue offers programs for boys from elementary school through high school, ensuring age-appropriate training and competitive play for each athlete.

What is the parent code of conduct?

We maintain a high standard for family conduct. Parents, guardians, and family members are expected to exhibit positive, respectful behavior. Unacceptable actions, including inappropriate language or violence, may result in a player's suspension or expulsion. We encourage a supportive, positive, and inclusive environment for all players.
